How do I verify my Pinnacle account?

All customers must be verified before they can start betting using our services.

 

When you register, we perform an initial verification using a TransUnion credit check. This helps confirm your identity and eligibility automatically.

 

If the credit check cannot verify your account successfully, we will ask you to provide additional documents.

 

You can upload the documents by going to My Account → Verification and following the instructions on the screen.

 

Once your account is verified, you can fund it using the payment methods listed on our website and begin using our services.
