How do we keep our Casino games fair?

Updated

We understand that the integrity and fairness of our games is important to all of our players. Below, we've outlined how we ensure complete fairness for all of the games offered on our site:

  • Random Number Generators (RNG) are utilized on all Casino and Live Casino games. All RNGs are certified externally and tested in house prior to going live on our site.
  • All games are monitored for any discrepancies, and action will be taken if any are found.

The RTP (Return to player) is available for all games within the 'Information' or 'Help' section of the game.

The RTP percentage is a measure of the percentage of stakes a game returns to players (generally over a minimum of one million plays). The RTP is an accepted guide on how a game performs.

Example of how it works:

  • If a game has a stated RTP of 96%, it means players can expect the game to return $0.96 of $1.00 (or currency equivalent) spent over a long period of plays.

The game must perform to the RTP as stated in the applicable Game Rules. However, this does not mean that every play or series of plays will return this percentage.

Players must understand that as wins are awarded randomly, then the return to them individually may not equate to the advertised RTP. Players can expect a return in a range from nothing to the maximum prize level for each individual play, and it can take a very long time for the payout from any particular session to meet with a game's long-run RTP average.
