What documents do I need to verify my account?

To verify your account, we may ask you to provide proof of identity and proof of address.

Proof of Identity

• Passport

• Driver’s License

• National ID

• Residence Permit

Proof of Address

• Utility / Internet / Home phone / Mobile bill

• Lease/Rental agreement

• Government document

• Bank statement

Note that the proof of address must be issued within the last 90 days.

How do I upload my documents?
You can upload your verification documents by going to My Account → Verification and following the instructions on the screen.
