What is my Client ID and how can I find it?

Once your account is activated, you will receive an email with your Client ID.

If you are logged in, you can find your Client ID in the top right corner of your account. This should start with 2 letters followed by 6-7 numbers.

If you are not logged in, to check which ID is registered to your account, click on "Forgot your email" on our website and then click on "To retrieve your customer ID, click here".

Remember that you can use either your Client ID or registered email address to log in to your account.
