How do I update or confirm the personal details in my account?

Most of your personal details can be updated directly in your account when you are logged in. You can access this from My Account → Personal Details.

Note that some details, such as your registered email address, cannot be changed in this manner. To make this change, please contact Customer Service (doing so from your current registered email address).
