I have forgotten my Client ID, how do I retrieve it?

If you have forgotten your Client ID, you can retrieve it using the account recovery options on our website. You must first click on the "Forgot email?" option, and you will find the option to recover your Client ID at the bottom of the window.

After entering your registered email address, you will receive an email containing your Client ID.

Remember that you can use either your Client ID or registered email address to log in to your account.
