How do I close my account?

If you want to close your account, you have the option to deactivate, take a short break or self-exclude from it. You can do it yourself from your account in the Responsible Gaming section of your My Account settings.

You can also contact our Customer Service team who can help you to do this on your behalf. It is important you state the closure option, duration, and reason why you would like your account closed.
